CPD Policy
Continuing Professional Development requirements
CPD activities that qualifies incudes technical and managerial trainings. Such trainings must be directly applicable to the Knowledge and Work Experience (KWE) related to the certification(s) that is earned by the members and certification holders.
CPE hours are to be reported annually minimum 20 Hrs.
CPD submissions will be opened at year's last quarter and are to be reported at [email protected]
On-the-job related activities does not fall as part of the CPD Qualifiers unless they are exclusive specified as qualifiers.

Non-CNS Professional Certifications activities include non-careerandskills.com information security and such related subjected and topic trainings and certifications. Non-CNS Trainings: vide CPD hrs per training certificate / CPD letter submitted. Non-CNS Certifications: per certification 10 Hrs. |
CPD-03 |
Trainings, Seminars, and Events activities include delivering or participating in trainings, conference, seminar, workshop, webinar, live lecture and such similar events on information security and related subjects and topics but excluding product demos, POCs and such others. CPD Hrs. Per training, seminar, and event: 2 Hrs. |
CPD-04 |
Presentations, Lecture and Speaker activities include creating and delivering presentations, providing lecture / teaching / speaking on information security and such related subjects and topics. Per session: 3 Hrs. (irrespective of no. of days spent) |
CPD-05 |
Self-study, Articles, and Book Authoring activities include self-study, creating and publishing articles, writing, and publishing book on information security and such realted subjects and topics. Self-study: 2 Hrs. | Per Article: 1 Hr. | Per Book: 3 Hrs. |
CPD-06 |
Writing Exam Paper activities include writing exam paper on information security and related subjects and topics as per the exam guidelines issued by careerandskills.com.
