CareerandSkills.com have defined its PCC for Institution’s Members and the Certification Holders

It states:

Commitment

  • I, will always be true, fair, honest about me, my-skills, my-capabilities, and my profession

  • I, will respect privacy and confidentiality with the information that I have accesses to and people whom I serve

  • I, will maintain the highest level of professional ethics and agree to abide with code of practices

Members and Certification Holders

  • Perform duties impartially, objectively, and with proper due professional care and in line with accepted professional ethics and standards

  • Will lawfully serve in the interest of relevant parties, stakeholders, owners and always honouring the profession and institution

  • Always respect the information’s confidentiality and its privacy, that was obtained during the accomplishment of the Knowledge and obtaining Work related Experience, unless mandated to disclose to any legal authority

  • Information shall not be used for any personal benefit or released to inappropriate parties

  • Continue to maintain required competencies in respective areas, fields and accomplish the activities only for which necessary skillsets, knowledge and competencies possess that has necessary competence

  • Always thrive to update the knowledge and skills that are required to maintain the earned professional credentials

  • Must use reasonable judgment to achieve and maintain independence and objectivity in professional activities and be always loyal and true to the institution

  • While referring CareerandSkills for any Courses, Program or even the Memberships, must not misrepresent or overstate its meaning

Violations

Misconduct and Reporting

Any violation of this Professional Code Conduct by you or by any person working for or on behalf of you, will constitute the basis for the immediate termination of any credentials, certifications and/or membership holding with CareerandSkills.com. CareerandSkills will also have the right to investigate such violation and misconduct, if concerns from an ethics, integrity, legal, candidature, and certification perspective and will be leading to any disciplinary measures as required


If you observe, hear or be aware of any Member or Candidate practicing of any unlawful or unethical situation involving and is in against to this Professional Code Conduct, you must immediately notify CareerandSkills at [email protected] and communicate any information that you have regarding the incident or situation.

Information that you provide to CareerandSkills must be accurate to the best of your knowledge with necessary supportive artifacts. Reporting false information to CareerandSkills may result in necessary disciplinary measures but not limited to expel of all CareerandSkills facilities, credentials, and certifications
